ScrapFx Canvas "DANCE"

my dear blog reader,

today`s sharing is for the company ScrapFx.

I created a canvas in the 25 cm by 25 cm.

At the moment I like to create some canvases for my new studio.

DANCE like no one is watching...







I started my canvas by adding a thorn piece of paper from 13arts.

Than I added a layer of clear gesso all over the canvas.

Following by stamping with black ink and black embossing powder.

My next step was adding texture with a large opening stencil and a mixture 

of multipurpose gel medium and color glow.

This was quite a thick layer so I let it dry over night.

The next day I glued my embellishments and focale point to the canvas.

 Lots of splatters in gold and black came after that.

I also painted my chipboards from ScrapFx with gold paint.

 Good morning everyone, how are you today? The last few days, we had wonderful sunny days here in The Netherlands. Perfect for a summer scrapbook layout in mixed media style, right? I played along with Tim Holtz snapshot photos, a couple on a beach. The yellow color on my page stands for the sun and the blue watercolor for the sea. Goodbye

 Good morning my dearest blog reader, with the lyrics of the song by Boyz II Men, I say goodbye to my design team work for the company  13arts. How do I say goodbye, to what we had. The good times that made us laugh outweighed the bad. I thought we`d get to see forever. But forever`s gone away. My sincere thanks go to Aida, you are the best boss anyone could ask for. I wish you and your family all the best for the future. But now to my last scrapbook layout in mixed media style. I played along with the City Lights paper collection and lots of embellishments from the Rosalie paper collection. Lots of 13arts mediums of course for colour and texture. How do I say goodbye...
