Scrap Fx September inspiration #2

 Hello everyone,

and welcome to my second ScrapFx dt member inspiration.

I created for you a fold scrapbook layout and tags.

lets start with the tags.


Today is the perfect day for opening a new door.


These two kraft tags are quite easy to make.
I stared on the Scrap Fx kraft tags with adding the door collage paper doorway
After that I added black gesso to my tags. 
I choose for my embellishments kraft botanical silhouette flowers and birds and words in black .
My finishing touch are my title, white pen work and a lovely ribbon.
Done...

My next two tags are done on cream cardstock which I painted with a light white wash.
After that I added pieces from the collage sheet  with the name peeling paper.
Stencil work with the arrows mini stencil and black gesso was my next step.
As embellishments I used two black and white girl photos which is from google free photos .
I also used two bird images.

Live Your Life

 Good morning everyone, how are you today? The last few days, we had wonderful sunny days here in The Netherlands. Perfect for a summer scrapbook layout in mixed media style, right? I played along with Tim Holtz snapshot photos, a couple on a beach. The yellow color on my page stands for the sun and the blue watercolor for the sea. Don`t we all want to live our lives as we please? Since I no longer have obligations as a designer in design teams. I am free for my other hobbies, so as gardening, reading and fitness. I am busy converting my garden entirely to a permakultur garden following the method of Ruth Stout. After three years of a warm and dry summers I can see and feel the climat change in our garden. After that, I would also like to grow more of our own vegetables,  new plant beds had to be created. What a beautiful way to spent the time outside. 13arts challenge layout

Hello everyone, today I have for you a layout which I have created for the current challenge at 13arts. They have a beautiful mood board with rich colors. Thank you Anguree for your inspiration and for the mood board. At the beginning of my new series, I still glued young women faces on my layouts, but I quickly came to the conclusion that it looks good but not good enough for me.
