Scrapbook Layouts for ScrapFx Australia #2

 Hello my dear ScrapFx fans,

and welcome to my second blog post in the beautiful month of July.

I created two boy layouts with lots of pink colour.

I really like for boy pages the colour pink.

But anyway...

Be Strong is my title for my 12 inch by 12 inch layout which I created on a

13arts sunrise paper sheet.

The beautiful door image is a collage paper from ScrapFX. 

Lots of amazing stamp images around the door and a fussy cutting photo

matches so perfectly together. I like this kind of pages.

For my next scrapbook layout
I used another fussy cutting photo.
My favorite stamp technique is :
stamp images layering.
The wonderful insta frame transparencies and arrow chipboard from 
ScrapFx created such a cool effect on the boy page.

Live Your Life

 Good morning everyone, how are you today? The last few days, we had wonderful sunny days here in The Netherlands. Perfect for a summer scrapbook layout in mixed media style, right? I played along with Tim Holtz snapshot photos, a couple on a beach. The yellow color on my page stands for the sun and the blue watercolor for the sea. Don`t we all want to live our lives as we please? Since I no longer have obligations as a designer in design teams. I am free for my other hobbies, so as gardening, reading and fitness. I am busy converting my garden entirely to a permakultur garden following the method of Ruth Stout. After three years of a warm and dry summers I can see and feel the climat change in our garden. After that, I would also like to grow more of our own vegetables,  new plant beds had to be created. What a beautiful way to spent the time outside. Guest Design Layout

 Hello everyone, and welcome to my second Guest Design project for the company  Shimmerz Paints . Once again I played along with the May release called "Flower Power Honey" This is such a beautiful Kit in soft pastel, brown and orange colors. The Kit includes also Vibez, Blingz and Shimmerz- fussy cutting paper, and decoration elements. If you like the vibe of the seventies this is your paper collection. Pauls Class... A closer look to my background work: For my background I used two of the beautiful paper sheets. But I shortened 2 cm from the top paper sheet,  so that the bottom paper sheet looks out at the edges. This is such a beautiful frame as well. Next I used two layers of clear Gesso on the front side and one layer of clear Gesso on the back side from my background paper. After my Gesso was dry, I added gel medium to a stencil and then I sprinkled randomly embossing glaze on the wet gel medium. After my embossing glaze was heat embossed I played along with the Shimmer
