 Hello everyone,  with the new years eve around the corner I decided to create for my last  ScrapFx blog post in 2022 a mixed media layout with the beautiful Happy New Year chipboard from ScrapFx. The December month was quite a bussy month for my hubby and myself. Unfortually I became a cold a week for Christmas. That was not funny at all.  We had or rather we still have the house full of visitors. It`s all very nice but also very tiring. Because I `m still not fully recovered from my cold. But any way... HAPPY NEW YEAR... is the title of my page which I created on the Secret Garden paper collection from 13arts. A closer look to my page:  One of the crown transparency image on the Christmas postcard angel looks so cute . A piece from the Happy New Year chipboard coloured in red Rainbow color .  Hello everyone, and welcome to my second  ScrapFx inspiration in the month of December. With Christmas around the corner I decided to go with one of Tim Holtz Christmas photo cards as my focale point . I think this is a perfect image for a festive Christmas page. But anyway. I had so much fun with creating this page. Here are my background creating steps:  I started on a  City Lights paper sheet from  13arts As always I started with adding two layers of clear gesso to my page. After that I black embossed with the 9 dots stamp of ScrapFx,  then I added a gel medium and glass beads mix to the  squares & circles stencil from ScrapFx to my background. My next step was stamping with the chickenwire stamp and black Archival ink. After everything was dry I decided to add a little bit of color.  Therefore I used Color Glow Alexandrite and Acrylic liquid medium. Lots of black splatters and my background was almost done.  Hello everyone,  and welcome to my design team inspiration for the company  13@rts What a crazy time we have right now.. as you know all our children have now moved out. We are empty nest parents. This is quite overwhelming and at the same time a little bit sad. My handsome hubby and I have decided to enjoy this as a new phase of life   After almost 31 years living with kids we decided to redesigning our house from 1930 for ourselves. I became my own scrapbook room and also a painting room. We got a cozy new bedroom and a meditation and relax room which is also a guest room, But anyway, that is the reason why I`m not so much on social media at the moment.
