Beginner layout with photo tutorial... Scrap FX DT member

hello everyone,

now that Christmas is over I can back crafting and posting.

first I will start with my post as DT member for Scrap FX Australia.

This is my first page in my new handmade scrapbook in the size of DIN 4.

I will make each month a layout with a photo tutorial for you.

The tutorials are simple to follow for beginner.

At the end of 2018 there is a nice book with a beautiful cover and 12 more pages.

The photo is 9,5 cm x 9,5 cm in black and white.

SUN....

Color the chipboards.

Cut the design paper horizontally 21 cm and vertically 29,5 cm.

The left over paper is for the layering behind the photo.

My paper is from: My Minds Eye, the sweetest thing.

Add clear gesso on the page. Dry with heat tool.

Now make two stamp images with Archival Ink Aquamarine.

Dry with heat tool.

And again stamp with Archival Ink.

Archival Ink Jet Black and Vermillon. Dry with heat tool.

Make splatters with a paintbrush and Color Spray.

Spread the paint with the brush. Dry with heat tool.

Lindy`s Shabby Turbine Teal.

Repeat with a different color. Ecoline Nr. 334

Cut the left over paper in three little pieces.

Ink the edges and distress the edges.

Stapple the pages together.

Color a piece of cambric bandage.

Now put everything together.

Glue the heart and the cambric on your page.

Glue the photo on top of the paper layering and glue this to the page.

Glue the title on the photo

Scribble a frame. I used a Posca black pen

Stamp with Archival Ink Jet Black some stars.

Splatter with white and black color.
