Scrap Fx Australia blog post #2 May

 Hello everyone

and welcome to my second blog post in the month of May.

I created an art journal page and a scrapbook page.

I had so much fun with creating this inspiration for you.

I bought the new paper dolls from Tim Holtz.

I knew immediately that I wanted to combine this men's group in vintage style,

with the scribble figures of Scrap Fx.

So let's start.

A closer look to my page.

I created my layout on a paper-sheet from 13@rts which I covered with clear gesso first.

Than I started with adding color. Therefore I used the acrylic colors from Decoart.

After adding my color I started with stamping.

First with Archival Ink in green and after that with black.

My next step was adding black gesso and asemic writing with a white pen.

After that I added the transparency men`s washi tape black spatters

and the kraft paper words from ScrapFx.

My next inspiration is an art journal page.

On this page I played with my watercolors in blue and yellow,

black gesso, transparency, silhouette and collage paper.

For my focale point I used also a couple from the new Tim Holtz paper dolls.

I used from Scrap Fx
