Today I would like to inspire you to make something beautiful with the wonderful products of 

13@rts.

My two youngest children have tried the new photo camera of my son and made a photoshoot. Because they wanted to make me happy and they know how much I appreciate it to get photos of my loved ones. 
They had sunshine, but the wind was cold. Which has not deterred them. If you look at the photo you can also see that they had a lot of fun.

This time I decided to work on a dark background. The paper collection of "Victoriana" has a wonderful design in black with white writing.
Paper:

First I started with a layer of Gesso:
Gesso Clear - 500 ml acrylic primer

I always use the gesso on both sides of my paper. This prevents my paper from rolling up. I give at least two layers of the gesso on my paper. What I really love from the 13@rts gesso is that the consistency of the gesso is absolutley smooth.

Live Your Life

 Good morning everyone, how are you today? The last few days, we had wonderful sunny days here in The Netherlands. Perfect for a summer scrapbook layout in mixed media style, right? I played along with Tim Holtz snapshot photos, a couple on a beach. The yellow color on my page stands for the sun and the blue watercolor for the sea. Don`t we all want to live our lives as we please? Since I no longer have obligations as a designer in design teams. I am free for my other hobbies, so as gardening, reading and fitness. I am busy converting my garden entirely to a permakultur garden following the method of Ruth Stout. After three years of a warm and dry summers I can see and feel the climat change in our garden. After that, I would also like to grow more of our own vegetables,  new plant beds had to be created. What a beautiful way to spent the time outside. "Trendy" -13arts Scrapbook Layout-

 Good Morning, and welcome to my 13arts design team work for the company 13arts. It is May already can you belive it. It is also one of my favorite months of the year. Nature begins to enchant us  with lovely colors and the sun warms our soul. Finally I can enjoy my beautiful hamrock in the garden surround with bird chirping. But anyway lets talk a little bit about my page. TRENDY... A closer look to my background. I chose for my background a sheet from the In Love paper collection from 13arts. Which I covered with two layers of Clear Gesso on the front side and one layer on the  back side. After that I added Black Gesso with the silicon brush to the stencil "Spring Flowers" from the Pastel Spring collection. and I added the Black Gesso also randomly to my page. Following by White Gesso splatters. For more intrest on my page I stamped with the Vintage Letter stamp and Black Archival Ink.
